Connecting Hope, Health, and Housing

Our History

LASTING COMMITMENT

For more than 36 years, Inland Housing Solutions (IHS) has been helping individuals and families across the Inland Empire find stability through housing and whole-person care.

Why We Do What We Do

At Inland Housing Solutions, we believe that every person deserves the chance to move from crisis to stability and build a foundation that lasts. We exist to break the cycle of homelessness in our community—because when people have a safe place to call home, they can begin to heal, grow, and thrive.

How We Do It

We meet people where they are, with dignity and without preconditions, bridging health and housing supports. By partnering with managed care plans, counties, providers, community agencies, and property owners, we create the connections that open doors for individuals and families who might otherwise be left behind.

What We Do

As the countywide lead for housing navigation within Coordinated Entry, we leverage a dedicated landlord network and braided federal, state, local, and private funding. This allows us to deliver rapid rehousing, prevention and shelter diversion, housing navigation and stabilization, and tenancy support. Today, alongside CalAIM Community Supports and Enhanced Care Management, we remain a HIPAA-compliant, Housing First organization serving San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.

OUR MISSION

We exist to improve lives by providing whole-person, supportive services that integrate housing, health, and community resources for anyone in need of stability and care.

Our Values

The foundation of our work is rooted in the belief that safe housing is the foundation for health, dignity, and long-term well-being.
